An initiative of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network, SDSN TReNDS is a research consortium of 20+ expert members from across the policy, scientific, development, industry, and academic disciplines working to empower the data community for sustainable development. TReNDS operates as an international, cross-disciplinary think tank by providing accessible high-quality research, technical support, and policy-oriented solutions to advance the data revolution and ensure that no one is left behind. Their work aims to translate theory into practice by teasing out collective, multi-sector learnings and approaches to provide the data community with independent guidance on best practices for data governance, production, collection, innovations, and use.
