The Center for International Earth Science Information Network (CIESIN)
CIESIN manages the NASA Socioeconomic Data and Applications Center (SEDAC), which supports the development of a number of population, settlement, and infrastructure data products. SEDAC disseminates CIESIN and third-party generated data sets. CIESIN also collaborates with the European Commission's Joint Research Center, Facebook, the German Space Agency, and WorldPop on a number of population grid and settlement data products. Please review their respective pages.
